About Us

Attorney Ran Cohen Rochverger's office

Our office specializes in litigation across all courts in the criminal, Ministry of Defense, and administrative fields. Being a boutique office and commanding an accumulated wealth of knowledge, we can provide each client with a complete legal shield, including appropriate strategic and media consultancy if necessary.

In the field of criminal law, our office specializes in counseling clients who are everyday people confronted for the first time with the legal enforcement authorities. Our office represents private individuals and public figures, members of the security services and public servants, all who have been caught up in criminal proceedings and need help in their time of stress. Our office’s legal assistance extends throughout all phases of the criminal proceedings, from the police investigation and arrest through the hearing before the prosecution and on through the presentation of evidence and the arguments for sentencing. Our representation also covers the related procedures for criminal cases — such as administrative, disciplinary, and command-related procedures — before the associated tribunals.

Our office is rich in knowledge and experience regarding the criminal sphere, the field of military and security law, and white-collar crime, including the special characteristics and the required extra-sensitive handling of each type of case.

In claims against the Ministry of Defense, our office advises members of the security services who have suffered illness or injury in the course of their service or as a result of hostilities. Our office also handles applications for official recognition among Israel’s Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Hostile Acts and represents the family members involved. We handle appeals made on principle and qualitatively in cases where the authorized officials have unfortunately not seen fit to grant the appropriate recognition.

In the administrative sphere, our office can quickly respond with an appropriate notice to the authorities, make full use of the procedures in hearings or appeals, and confront the authorities in court proceedings, whether in an appeal to the High Court of Justice, in an administrative appeal, or at the authorized tribunal.

Our office is deeply familiar with the laws and legal precedents, including the lesser-known ones; with the procedures of the administrative authorities; and with the accepted practices of those who arrive at the difficult decisions. Such knowledge is very important for the ability to bring each and every case to the best possible conclusion.
