About the office

Adv. Ran Cohen Rochverger, former Chief Military Defense Counsel and a reserve Colonel, is among Israel’s foremost attorneys dealing with criminal and military law. Adv. Cohen Rochverger brings a close and profound understanding of the investigatory and enforcement authorities’ procedures, including those of the Military Prosecution, the Criminal Investigations Department, the Israel Police, and the Office of the State Attorney. During more than 20 years of service for the Military Advocacy, Adv. Cohen Rochverger filled various positions including military prosecutor, military defense counsel, military district attorney, and senior legal advisor.

Currently, Adv. Cohen Rochverger serves as joint chair of the Military and Security Committee in the Central District and as joint deputy chair of the National Council of the Military and Security Committee at the Israel Bar Association. Adv. Cohen Rochverger specializes in representing members of the IDF and the Israel security agencies in criminal offenses, disciplinary offenses, and administrative and command-related aspects. His office represents public servants and people who are obliged to face the authorities in criminal or administrative proceedings. The office is dedicated to providing a comprehensive defense strategy and will fight until the best possible results are achieved – drawing on expertise in law, strategy, communications, and public relations.
